As a Trainee Recruiter, you would :

  • Make connections and develop relationships with technical professionals who may be a good fit for assignment with Delta client base
  • Create a best resource pipeline to meet both the current and future requirements of our clients
  • Advise and coach candidates on job transition, salary and other related information
  • Negotiate terms of employment/contract with candidates and lead the onboarding process
  • Required Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution, preferred but not mandatory
  • High level of comfort in a competitive marketplace
  • Proficiency in social media, internet searching and online communication
  • Abilities to adapt and quickly learn new technologies
  • Adept at time management and prioritization
  • Strong ability and desire to build and maintain candidate relationships

    Job Description

  • Relationship Management with Direct Clients, Implementation Partners and Tier1 Vendors
  • Resourcing, Head Hunting, Internet Research, Rate Negotiations
  • Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, Job Boards,internal database, cold calling, Referrals and other
  • Strategies Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, interpersonal skills and highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment.
  • Experience: 1 - 5 Years

    Education: Any Degree

    Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and understanding technical job requirements across industries
  • Screening candidates, conducting interviews and presenting candidates to clients
  • Running a full life cycle recruiting desk from start to finish
  • Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
  • Negotiating fee agreements and salaries
  • Matching great people with great companies
  • Able to cater to 3-4 requirements a day.
  • Able to submit atleast 2 qualified submissions per requirement.
  • Must be able to make submissions within 60 minutes of requirement allocated.
  • Must talk to candidates in-depth about their qualification, interest and genuineness.
  • Must be able to identify skill based sub-vendors and start building relationship with them.
  • Adhere to the organization ATS, Process Compliances, Email format, Job Posting Format, etc.
  • Must meet client defined SLA’s (TAT, Quality, Submission format etc.).
  • Generate References for Hard-To-Find or Ongoing skills/Demands from the pipeline and placed candidates.
  • Responsiveness: Providing feedback and respond to every candidate query who has shown interest in our open demands.
  • Share market Insight/Intelligence related to the shared job with his respective Account/Delivery Manager.
  • Strong Knowledge on the Applicant Tracking Systems and Job boards (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed etc.)
  • Understanding of labor compliances like EEOC, FCRA, Immigration etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of US employment tax terms like W2, C2C and 1099 etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of US Visas like Citizen, GC, GC-EAD, H1B, H4, L1/L2,TN, OPT/CPT,etc.
  • Required Skills: Minimum of 1-5 years proven US Recrutment/ Staffing experience.

  • Regular interaction with the bench candidates, there by identifying their needs and position them in projects accordingly
  • Gathering requirements for consultants from Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors of clients from Job portals and other networking techniques.
  • Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions
  • Negotiating the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
  • Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them.
  • Required Skills: Minimum of 1-5 years proven US BENCH SALES experience.

  • Good experience in marketing the Bench Consultants, with full cycle of Sales
  • Ability to interact, develop Vendor network and get the H1B/OPT candidates placed in quick turnaround time.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Work individually as well guiding and monitoring the team.
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work environment.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
  • Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
